What we are and do in one Paragraph
We apply spiritual, physical, psychological and emotional principles, to break the chains of addiction. This holistically changes the lives of individuals, impacts families and ultimately transforms the community in which we operate. Substance abuse being both a cause and effect of poverty, we use a holistic approach to solve this problem and also provide ongoing support. We run an eight week outpatient program during which daily attendance is a prerequisite. Our program is cyclical so clients can join on any Monday and finish eight weeks later. If they drop out or relapse, they will have to start at the beginning of their eight week cycle should they wish to continue. The program includes, formal interactive lectures, arts and crafts, community work, and individual counselling by our social worker. We believe that Christ ultimately is the one who renews lives therefore our program is Bible based.
” So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”. John 8:36
4 Step Program
Making everything count
1.) Spiritual Guidance
The spiritual component of rehabilitation for substance abuse is often overlooked, but it can be a vital part of recovery. Spiritual guidance helps individuals to understand their purpose in life and develop a sense of connection with something greater than themselves. This connection can provide a sense of inner peace and fulfillment that may have been missing during their addiction. Our rehabilitation center provides a variety of spiritual guidance resources, including counseling, meditation, and prayer services.
2.) Psychological Assessment
Addiction can have a profound impact on an individual’s mental health. At our rehabilitation center, we provide a comprehensive psychological assessment to help individuals identify underlying issues that may have contributed to their addiction. Our team of licensed therapists offers individual and group counseling to address these issues and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We also offer evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help individuals overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors.
